"Tucked away in a lil corner of Hui sing is the unassuming shoplot that carries with it a hidden treasure. Their nasi lemak is excellent! Ordered the quintessential nasi lemak. Highlight for me is definitely the rice! The owners of this place place a huge emphasis on it! Resulting in a beautifully fragrant, soft, and fluffy rice. Which pairs so nicely with their delightful sambal! Robust, with a nice warm blend of spiciness and flavour! Every single ingredient on this plate of nasi lemak is made with love and pride. Will definitely be back for more."

"Tasty and a local hidden gem. Tried the lamb goreng, Aram rendang, clams nasi lemak and the salted egg sweet potato fries with family and it was delicious. Portions could be bigger but overall definitely worth trying!"

"I used to live in west malaysia for many years and ever since i came back to Sarawak i couldn't really find nasi lemak that can match or similar to what i used to have there until THIS ONE from here! Finally found the best Nasi Lemak here at Kuching. At first i didn't put so much expectation though but wow this one here beyond my expectation! Nasi Basmati cooked so perfectly well! My first thought was it is going to be dry and not "lemak" taste but i am wrong! the texture so good! and the ikan bilis and peanuts are freshly made that made everything so exceptional good! and the star of the dish, of course Sambal! this sweet salty, onions + garlicky taste is absolutely my jam! So so good! It really made my day! Shout to the friendly staffs and also the owner, Benjamin! My four years old son enjoyed his company so much! And of course, i cant wait to try more of their dishes! Love Love Love!"

"Hidden gem in a quiet estate with only one row of shops. The place is bright, clean, and comfortable. Nasi lemak uses quality basmati rice — fluffy with the right amount of coconut milk. Sambal is spicy and slightly sweet, very close to the AA nasi lemak taste before MCO. Ikan bilis and peanuts are oven baked, though I prefer them oil fried. Tried the lamb goreng rempah, tender and full of flavour. Friendly owner with years of catering experience. Overall, a satisfying meal worth the visit."
